Yet, precisely because both capability and speed have surged, the most critical question is no longer "what else can I do?" but "what should I actually do?". They point out that many spend excessive time running agents, optimizing, or rebuilding existing things, trapping themselves in a state that looks highly productive but is actually deeply distracted.

Their conclusion: act more calmly and intentionally, and spend more time thinking rather than constantly rushing to automate.
