Grok Build Updates Agent Dashboard

Grok Build released v0.2.99, focusing on smoothing out the Agent Dashboard interactions:
- Multi-line input now behaves consistently with regular chat sessions in the dashboard.
- PageUp / PageDown can scroll the conversation when the prompt input box is focused.
- With Vim mode enabled, the shortcut popup adheres to Vim-style navigation.
The previous v0.2.98 also introduced finer-grained developer features: allowing authentication to be pinned to an API key or OIDC in config.toml, /context displaying token costs for skills and MCP servers, and envkey supporting multiple environment variable names.
