High-Quality Data is the True Model Moat

The author argues that many underestimate the value of data work: data cleaning and curation may not be "sexy," but they are often the true source of a model's advantage. While architectures can be quickly copied, finding, structuring, and acquiring high-quality data forms a barrier that is much harder to replicate.
