Claude Extends Access and Increases Usage Limits

Claude officially announced two adjustments:
- Paid user access to Claude Fable 5 is extended until July 19.
- The weekly usage limit for Claude Code will remain increased by 50% from its original baseline, also lasting until July 19.
This is a usability and quota update for users rather than a new model release.
