Claude Extends Access and Increases Rate Limits

Access to Claude Fable 5 has been extended to all paid plans until July 19.
Additionally, the weekly rate limits for Claude Code will remain at 1.5x their current levels. This is a usability and quota adjustment for existing users, not a new feature release.
