AI Learns Taste to Design Burger Recipes
burkov · x · 2026-07-13
This Stanford-related research shows an interesting direction: generative AI can learn human taste preferences from recipe data and then design new burger recipes accordingly.
The results claim that AI-generated burgers can approach Big Mac in deliciousness, while also being more sustainable or more nutritious. This illustrates that AI can generate content not only in text and images but also for optimization problems like food recipes.
