Claude Extends Access and Boosts Limits

Anthropic officially announced two updates:
- Claude Fable 5 access will be extended across all paid plans until July 19.
- Claude Code weekly quotas will be increased by 50%, also lasting until July 19.
These changes primarily impact the user experience and quotas for existing users, rather than introducing new model capabilities.
