Accord Agents: A Multi-Agent Collaborative Workspace

The author reviews a week of manually passing context around in multi-agent workflows: having one model draft a plan or review a PR, then feeding the same content to another model for a second look, only to end up acting as a middleman and arbitrator between agents.
What they really wanted was for agents to debate directly, challenge each other's assumptions, and verify proposed changes, all while keeping the human in the loop with full visibility and the ability to intervene. Driven by this need, they built Accord Agents—a shared workspace where coding agents from different vendors can collaborate and peer-review the same task, keeping the entire process transparent to humans.
