Using Claude for Workflow Gap Analysis

Before their Fable 5 subscription expires, the author plans to use Claude for a massive gap analysis to organize their AI workflows:
- Audit all cron jobs, system crontab, launchd, Claude scheduled tasks, and automations memory, comparing them against an "ideal AI-first work week" document to identify gaps.
- Review all Slack automations based on "ideal team configuration and performance" and "2026 business goals" documents to find actionable improvements.
- Feed all bookmarked Fable and 5.6 related tweets into Claude strictly for gap analysis (not direct execution), having it generate evaluation criteria, prioritize tasks, and justify what should or shouldn't be done.
The author also suggests preparing an "ideal document" to act as a real-life eval, and then letting Opus 4.8 interview you to generate it quickly.
