- Periodically fetch diffs from fast-changing code repositories
- Use an LLM to generate podcast-style scripts focusing on the "why" behind changes, not just the "what"
- Feed the script into a TTS engine and publish to a private podcast feed
- Listen during commutes, runs, or lunch breaks to quickly catch up on repo evolution
They added that they also feed content from X, Slack, Discord, and Gmail into a personal wiki, finding this method highly efficient for staying synced.
