Agent Transaction Liability Still Unclear

Discussion on who is responsible when agent transactions go wrong: Experian's Kathleen Peters mentioned that if an average consumer encounters a problem, "who will fix it" has no clear answer. Blackhawk Network's Nik Sathe stressed that the industry needs a unified standard everyone can work with; otherwise, it's hard for merchants to determine which standard (AP2, UCP, ACP) will eventually win.
