Custom Coding Agent with Mix-and-Match Models
bindureddy · x · 2026-07-12
A new feature supports custom coding agents, allowing users to combine different LLMs into a dedicated agent usable via API, chat interface, or their agent platform.
The author gives an example of assigning models by task: for instance, having one model handle "hardcore coding," another the backend, and another the frontend. Alternatively, users could select only cheaper models to create a more cost-effective configuration.
