Self-Publishing Niche Books with AI

The author mentions that one of their favorite side projects has become using AI for niche book self-publishing for themselves and their family. They enjoy turning ideas into physical books, feeling that the tactile sensation of holding it is special.
So far, they have created two adult coloring books, both listed on Amazon. Amazon was chosen mainly because it's a relatively hassle-free printing/distribution method, even though the KDP backend experience is torturous. Additionally, they are currently preparing a salad recipe book.
