Codex Diagnoses 1Password Offline Issue

The author's 1Password kept showing as offline. This happened because an account on `wandb` was deactivated during the migration to CoreWeave 1P, but the old account status caused 1Password to falsely detect an offline state. Codex quickly identified the issue and provided a fix.
