AuralKit 2.1.0 Adds Screen Audio Transcription

AuralKit 2.1.0 has been released.
The new version supports selecting a screen, window, or app via ScreenCaptureKit, and passes the captured audio to the Apple Speech framework for transcription.
The author also detailed the system picker workflow, audio format conversion, stream cleanup, and error handling for when capture is unavailable or canceled.
