Intelligence Density Determines Scaling Limits

The author argues that before scaling up, you must first select the right "density unit" to scale; otherwise, massive scaling won't improve results.
For agentic models, this density unit is the effective intelligence generated per token and per context length. If the intelligence density is inherently low, continuing to scale will only sustain or even worsen the dilution problem.
