This post turns an anonymous or virtually blank Instagram account into a "behavioral assessment": when faced with a substantive public statement regarding trademark law and the First Amendment, its only response was "nobody knows you honey."
The author concludes that the account failed to address legal arguments, evidence, or policy issues, instead using pure personal disparagement to provoke and suppress the other party. When people cannot refute an argument, they often resort to attacking the speaker.
