Grok Build Enhances Voice Mode and Cost Tracking

Grok Build has been updated to v0.2.97, primarily enhancing the development and debugging experience:
- Voice Mode now supports API-key sessions.
- Headless JSON and SDK will output more detailed token usage and cost information.
- You can now double-click or press Enter in the transcript to directly edit and resubmit historical user messages.
- Improvements include better text selection in the replay area, no longer prompting for permissions by default for the rg command, and scrolling/rendering pace parameters tailored for high-refresh-rate displays.
Additionally, this update fixes a batch of issues related to background tasks, input methods, rewind, and queue prompts.
