AI Turns Developers Into Directors

They share their own transformation: a greater willingness to write clear instructions and express needs directly and precisely. When agents are executing, the key is articulating goals, steps, and iteration methods clearly rather than obsessing over every detail. As they simultaneously manage outputs from multiple agents, they must rapidly filter information, focus on critical judgments, and discard massive amounts of redundancy.
