The Claude Handoff Paragraph Trick

The author noted that Claude can sometimes act "suddenly dumb," but they found a workaround: having the model write a handoff paragraph for the current problem first. The idea is to distill the problem into a more refined semantic skeleton, which seems to filter out hallucinations and low-quality outputs. After that, they execute /clear and paste the summary back in to continue working.
