Adding a Slacking-Off Reward Mechanism for Coding Agents

This is a playful joke: if the author were the PM of Codex, they would build silly mini-games and short videos right into the agent.
The idea is to let the agent watch videos and play games while working, issuing tokens only after a certain amount of time. It's obviously poking fun at the concept of an "anti-incentive" or "slacking-off" reward system.
