Choosing Between Strands and LangGraph

After starting with AWS's Strands, the author switched to LangGraph for finer-grained control in an SRE/SECOPS agent project designed to read logs and conduct investigations.
After a month of testing, they found little practical difference between the two: same underlying models, primarily just different wrappers/scheduling layers. The author thus asks the community: if you are also using Strands, why did you choose it over LangGraph in the first place?
