Using Haiku as a Makeshift Audiobook Reader
BlueProcess · reddit · 2026-07-11
The author shared a simple trick using Haiku: upload an article in a PDF and ask the model to read the entire piece aloud and echo it back exactly as is.
This works surprisingly well, which the author describes as a "poor man's audiobook." This example illustrates a practical use case for models in long-text reading, recitation, and audio-alternative applications.
