Research on Behavioral Privacy Leaks in Negotiation Agents

This paper investigates behavioral privacy leakage in agentic negotiation scenarios: even if encryption protects explicitly disclosed constraint values, attackers might still infer private constraints through observable behaviors like concession trajectories and timing.
The paper proposes a framework to formalize this threat model and discusses using randomized strategies to mitigate such inference attacks. It notes that these autonomous negotiation agents are emerging in high-stakes scenarios like insurance and procurement, making the issue highly relevant.
