Apple Sues OpenAI for Trade Secret Theft

Rumors reveal that Apple has sued OpenAI in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, accusing it of systematically stealing Apple's trade secrets to develop its own AI hardware devices.
Defendants named in the lawsuit include OpenAI, OpenAI's hardware lead Tang Tan, former Apple senior systems electrical engineer Chang Liu, and io Products, co-founded by Jony Ive. Jony Ive himself is not listed as a defendant.
