Apple Sues OpenAI Over Hardware Secrets

Apple is suing OpenAI, alleging that former Apple employees took Apple's hardware trade secrets to OpenAI to "profit" its hardware division.
The lawsuit names IO Products (Jony Ive's hardware startup acquired by OpenAI), OpenAI's hardware lead Tang Tan, and Chang Liu, who jumped from Apple to OpenAI in January of this year. Apple states it has identified a pattern of "Apple trade secrets being brought to OpenAI by former employees."
