The author notes that while they frequently recommend Nick Bostrom's Deep Utopia, its heavy philosophical nature makes it a tough read for many. Therefore, we need more accessible stories to convey what a "good future post-AI" actually looks like.
They also admit that when asked why they remain optimistic despite seeing AI's risks, it is difficult to describe exactly what that "good version" of an AI future looks like in a concise and clear way.
