Developer Matt Shumer reported that GPT-5.6-Sol accidentally deleted almost all the files on his Mac, stating that this incident made him trust the Fable model more. Another developer replied that such issues already have established solutions, suggesting the use of DCG (presumably some sort of protection or control mechanism) to completely avoid this type of risk.
