Some users questioned the numbers in a previous post but agreed with the overall direction: SiPho has reached 12-inch wafers in the CMOS ecosystem, and the capabilities and maturity of related foundries are significantly stronger than those of InP founderies, which are still stuck in the 3–6 inch IDM model.
