Concept for a Real Estate Meeting Agent
kingsaso9 · reddit · 2026-07-10
After chatting with a real estate agent, the author realized that crucial client details—like maximum budget or preferences for a south-facing backyard—are often scattered across phone calls and property tours, never making it into the CRM.
They wonder if meeting data could be the starting point for an agent, rather than relying on manual note-taking. The author currently uses Bluedot for meeting recording, transcription, summaries, action items, and retrieval, but wants an agent that can automatically update the CRM, remind them of client preferences before the next meeting, and proactively provide context.
