CXMT Accelerates Expansion to Challenge Memory Chip Giants
pstAsiatech · x · 2026-07-10
According to Counterpoint analysts, CXMT is expanding its semiconductor business lines at a "China speed," with output expected to double by 2030.
The company is vertically integrating the four key stages of chip manufacturing—design, fabrication, testing, and packaging—aiming to build a complete memory chip supply chain to challenge SK Hynix, Samsung, and Micron.
Notably, CXMT is bypassing US tool vendors in its current capital expenditure plans.
