Easier HTML Preview for Agents

The author noted that cmux currently opens local .html files as raw source code when using ⌘-click. Their submitted PR changes this behavior to render the files directly within an embedded browser.
The benefits of this approach include:
- Automatically previewing pages within the same environment upon opening
- Supporting one tab per file
- Being highly useful for developers who frequently rely on AI agents to render HTML instruction or explanation pages
