Call Analytics Operations Replaced by MCP

Dialnote's recently released MCP has led the author to bypass dashboards in favor of querying call data via an AI assistant. Users can directly ask how many calls came in yesterday, which ones were missed, summarize all conversations with a specific client, or find recordings that discussed pricing or integrations.
