Tencent Hy3 Released: Affordable and Great for Coding

Tencent's Hy3 model launched today. The post highlights its solid coding and agentic performance at a price significantly lower than competitors.
The model features a 295B MoE architecture with 21B activated parameters, supports a 256K context, and is released under the Apache 2.0 license. The author claims it outperforms the larger GLM-5.1 on certain benchmarks. On OpenRouter, it is priced at $0.14 per million input tokens and $0.58 per million output tokens.
