DeCAF Accelerates Protein-Ligand Co-folding

DeCAF is a few-step model for protein-ligand co-folding utilizing all-atom flow maps and a novel flow-map framework. The author claims it is up to 5x faster than the SOTA Pearl and 20x faster than Boltz 1x while maintaining sample quality.
