Chintan Turakhia, Senior Director of Engineering at Coinbase, shared how he enabled a 1000+ engineering team to genuinely adopt AI, slashing PR review time from 150 hours to 15 hours. They even pushed the limits with a test reviewing 70 PRs in just 15 minutes. The post also notes that the team behind vLLM, a popular open-source LLM engine, helped build Chatbot Arena (now LMArena).
