Pi Adds Max Thinking Tier and Tiered Pricing

Pi has been updated to v0.80.6, introducing a max thinking level with native support across the CLI, SDK, and RPC via --thinking max. This tier can be optionally enabled for GPT-5.6 and adaptive Claude models.
