Rewriting Old Thesis Code With Coding Agents

The author handed their 7-year-old undergraduate thesis code (a neural branch predictor for a SAT solver) over to a coding agent. The agent rewrote it into an MLX version and answered lingering questions from back then. It completed the task faster than the author originally did by hand and provided deeper explanations.
