LangSmith Launches Claude Code Tracking Plugin

The LangChain team has released a new LangSmith plugin that tracks and logs every Claude Code session directly to the LangSmith platform. With a simple setup, developers can inspect all messages, tool calls, and sub-agent run traces, making it much easier to debug unexpected Claude Code behaviors.
