Pydantic Monty Optimizes Wasm with Web Workers

Pydantic's Monty project introduces a new implementation using Web Workers to run Monty code for Wasm targets. This enables all JS and Python implementations to execute code via subprocesses or pools, resulting in a safer runtime environment and a reduced code footprint.
