Expert Urges OpenAI to Spend $10B on AGI Impact

AI policy expert Miles Brundage advises frontier model companies like OpenAI, stressing that as non-profits potentially building Artificial Superintelligence (ASI), they have a responsibility to do everything possible to help the world prepare. He believes investing at least 100亿美元 this year is the bare minimum, acknowledging that while properly allocating funds is difficult, it is no excuse.
