ARC Prize officially announced that GPT-5.6 Sol set a new record (SOTA) of 7.8% on ARC-AGI-3, becoming the first frontier model to successfully crack the ARC-AGI-3 games, demonstrating superior localization abilities in unknown environments.
This test is ARC Prize's most comprehensive model evaluation to date, covering 3 models, 5 reasoning levels, and 3 benchmarks, totaling 90 different test combinations. OpenAI's evaluation team provided significant assistance during this process.
