OpenAI Begins Unifying ChatGPT and Codex

OpenAI is gradually integrating the ChatGPT and Codex product lines. This release includes GPT-5.6, ChatGPT Work, the desktop version of ChatGPT, unified ChatGPT and Codex plugins, ChatGPT Sites (Beta) in-app, browser multi-tabbing, enterprise authentication, and faster Computer Use.
