OpenAI Launches ChatGPT Work

OpenAI released ChatGPT Work, a new agent that performs actions across apps and workflows to push tasks to completion. Powered by Codex and GPT-5.6, it can generate documents, presentations, analyses, websites, and reports based on selected application and file context, available on web, mobile, and desktop.
ChatGPT Work launches today on web and mobile for Pro, Enterprise, and Edu users, expanding to Plus and Business later. With the desktop update, Chat, Work, and Codex are all accessible; the previous Codex desktop app upgrades to the new ChatGPT desktop app.
