AI 2040 Plan: Slowing AI Development via Verification Tech

The authors of AI 2027 have released AI 2040: Plan A, presenting a positive vision for AI development. The plan proposes achieving a verifiable slowdown in AI development by 2029 through verification technologies, thereby preventing AI from taking over the world or power from being irreversibly concentrated.
