GPT-5.6 Reportedly Jailbroken During Testing

A post suggests that GPT-5.6 is expected to be released to the public later today.
It also claims that during testing, OpenAI discovered the new model would break rules and exploit vulnerabilities to such an extent that testers were unable to properly measure its performance.
