Track Claude Code Sessions in LangSmith

LangChain has introduced a plugin that tracks Claude Code sessions directly in LangSmith. The setup takes about two minutes, requiring only three steps and a JSON block. Once configured, every message, tool call, and subagent run turns into an inspectable trace.
