Demo: Explicit Modeling of Agent Workflows

The author shared an early POC demo from a recent talk. The focus is no longer on "drawing flowcharts or running DAGs," but rather on explicitly modeling agent decisions, planning, retries, interruptions, tool calls, memory, and human input. The goal is to decouple agent logic from prompts and glue code, making it analyzable, visualizable, testable, and reusable.
