Anthropic CEO Predicts Data Center-Level AGI Within a Decade

Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei predicts a 90% chance that AI will reach the level of a "country of geniuses in a data center" within the next decade. He noted that the company's explosive revenue growth (projected to hit billions by 2025) underscores this trend.
He added that the current bottleneck in AI development is no longer pure intellectual capacity, but "verifiability." Easily verifiable fields like programming and math will be conquered in a year or two, but tasks with hard-to-verify outputs, such as planning Mars missions or writing novels, represent the final uncertainties in achieving AGI.
