OpenMed Library Update Enhances PDF Medical Info Redaction

Open-source healthcare AI tool OpenMed has released version 1.8. The new update introduces a verify-pdf feature to fix redaction vulnerabilities where text layers in PDF files aren't properly purged, ensuring sensitive information like patient records is completely erased.
